SHIPPING POLICY

By making a purchase, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling products containing CBD (cannabidiol) from the industrial hemp plant. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD products. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease

Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12:00 pm EST are shipped out the same day, we guarantee it will be shipped no later then the next business day, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays.

We ship USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an E-Mail, Text or both with a tracking number from the United States Postal Service.

Product should be received within 2-3 business days of shipping depending on where in the country you live. All product is shipped from our Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina. We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY

If there are any issues with the product(s) you received, we will be more than happy to speak with you.

If you are still wanting to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see our Returns Process below.

No return material authorization (RMA) is needed as the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for return, please email us at info@realign.online.

**Please note, we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD may affect everyone differently.We are not able to accept back any product(s) that have been opened or used**

Returns Process:

1. Email us at info@realign.online to inform us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit, along with a tracking number so we are able to track your shipment on our end.

2. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product with an email confirmation to you. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
